Nashville — Pinnacle Financial Partners and LaunchTN are hosting the last in a series of meetups, called Capital Conversations, that have taken place across the state this year.
After successful events in Memphis, Knoxville and Chattanooga, the final event will be in Nashville on Nov. 30.
“Since our inception in 2000, Pinnacle has had an unwavering commitment to entrepreneurs who are building solutions and filling gaps,” Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Partners Kevin Roddey said. “That’s why we are excited about this partnership with Launch Tennessee. These events have served to highlight our complementary work and missions, and I look forward to being a part of the final event of the series here in Nashville.”
The last event in the series of four will be hosted at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, 41 Peabody St., Nashville, TN, Nov. 30 from 4-6 p.m.
The events are opportunities for entrepreneurs, startup companies, investors, and others in the state’s entrepreneurial community to network and connect.
The Nashville event will feature a welcome from LaunchTN CEO Lindsey Cox to the new Nashville Entrepreneur Center CEO Sam Davidson. Kevin Roddey, Senior Vice President at Pinnacle Financial Partners and Eller Kelliher, LaunchTN’s Chief Investment Officer, will offer advice and answer questions about capital access and financial services for entrepreneurs.
“We’re so happy to host the final Capital Conversations event in the 2023 series at the EC,” Nashville Entrepreneur Center CEO Sam Davidson said. “Both LaunchTN and Pinnacle are important partners in our collective efforts to facilitate connections between founders and investors.”
The Launch Tennessee team will be on hand to discuss InvestTN, a new $70-million fund for investments in startups and venture funds throughout the state. Pinnacle Financial Partners will offer up expert advice on financial services and support specific to startups.
“After incredibly successful events in Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga, we are excited to continue this partnership with Pinnacle by holding the final event in the series of four in Nashville” LaunchTN Development Director Emily Masters said. “Having Pinnacle on board as a Visionary-level supporter for our work in 2023 has been an incredible opportunity to collaborate through offering insight and valuable information for startups across the state. I sincerely hope the partnership is one that continues well into the future.”
