Pinnacle Financial Partners, Launch Tennessee to host second Capital Conversations event in Knoxville
Nashville — Pinnacle Financial Partners and LaunchTN are partnering on a series of meetups, called Capital Conversations, with three remaining events to take place across the state in 2023.
After a successful summer event in Memphis, Capital Conversations will travel to Knoxville on Oct. 19.
“Since our inception in 2000, Pinnacle has had an unwavering commitment to entrepreneurs who are building solutions and filling gaps,” said Kevin Roddey, Financial Advisor for Pinnacle Financial Partners. “That’s why we are excited about partnering with Launch Tennessee to support their invaluable efforts and provide financial services to the companies served by Launch Tennessee and its partners. These events will highlight our complementary partnership and the ways we hope to serve the entrepreneurs of Tennessee.”
The second event in the series of four will be held at The Press Room Printer’s Lounge and Courtyard in Knoxville, with LaunchTN’s Network Partner the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center, Oct. 19 from 5-7 PM.
The events are opportunities for entrepreneurs, startup companies, investors, and others in the state’s entrepreneurial community to network and connect.
The Capital Conversation event in Knoxville will feature members of LaunchTN’s Capital team and financial sector experts from Pinnacle Financial Partners. The event will be kicked off by a representative from LaunchTN’s Regional Entrepreneur Center Network Partner: Knoxville Entrepreneur Center.
The Launch Tennessee team will be on hand to discuss InvestTN, a new $70-million fund for investments in startups and venture funds throughout the state. Pinnacle Financial Partners will offer up expert advice on financial services and support specific to startups.
“After an incredibly successful inaugural event in Memphis, we are excited to continue this partnership with Pinnacle by holding the second event in the series in Knoxville. Having Pinnacle on board as a Visionary-level supporter for our work in 2023 is allowing us the opportunity to forge a partnership focused on offering insight and valuable information for startups throughout the state,” LaunchTN Development Director Emily Masters said. “I sincerely hope the partnership is one that continues well into the future.”
