LaunchTN’s Innovation Week Slated To Bring Over 650 Attendees to Nashville

Multi-day event is first major gathering of TN’s entrepreneurial ecosystem since the pandemic

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 14, 2022) – Launch Tennessee (LaunchTN), a public-private partnership guided by the vision of making Tennessee the most startup-friendly state in the nation, announces Innovation Week, bringing together more than 650 attendees. Innovation Week was created to showcase and empower Tennessee entrepreneurs and the LaunchTN communities that support them across the state. The event will be held March 21-24 and marks the first major statewide gathering of entrepreneurs hosted by LaunchTN since the pandemic.

The event will be held at the Westin Nashville and Musicians Hall of Fame. Innovation Week will feature an exposition of Tennessee startups, entrepreneur centers, and mentor networks, as well as programming for entrepreneurs and strategic meetings between investors and startups powered by a tech-forward matchmaking app.

The meeting will showcase Tennessee startups on the main stage, panel discussions from some of the most compelling entrepreneur programs in the state, and presentations and booths from LaunchTN Network Partners, including entrepreneurs centers and industry-based mentor networks.

“LaunchTN is thrilled to kick off one of the first major gatherings of Tennessee’s entrepreneurial ecosystem builders in Nashville in several years,” said Abby Trotter, Launch Tennessee Interim CEO. “Innovation Week is poised to provide an intimate environment for entrepreneurs, startups and investors to connect and learn about the latest opportunities available to help influence their company or bring about the next big deal.”

Innovation Week is a new event from the LaunchTN team, combining its previous Week on the Hill with an added element that focuses on showcasing and assisting  Tennessee’s startups and the great work that Tennessee’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is doing across their respective Tennessee markets to assist technology-based companies. The event will allow attendees to connect firsthand with the latest innovators, founders and startups.

Just across the street from the event location at the Musicians Hall of Fame, the Tennessee General Assembly will be in session during Innovation Week. LaunchTN is inviting legislators to meet with our entrepreneurs and have a chance to share the impact of entrepreneurship and the impacts startups have on the state’s economy through launching their new innovations, investing and creating jobs.
