Nashville, TN — As of October 1, 2023 a new partner has joined Launch Tennessee’s statewide network of regional entrepreneur centers, increasing the opportunity for impact in the Northwest region of the state.
Chris Donaldson, founder of The Mill Workspace in Dyersburg, responded to LaunchTN’s April 2023 request for proposals for additional regional entrepreneur center partners.
“I’m committed to helping entrepreneurs in my region, so when I saw this opportunity from Launch Tennessee, I knew I wanted to apply. I’m thrilled to be joining this established network,” Donaldson said.
The Mill has been operating as a well-known and respected co-working space for half a decade. In order to use that track record as a foundation for expanded programming, Donaldson formed Northwest Tennessee Entrepreneurship, Inc. and filed for 501(c)3 status on September 19, 2023. Moving forward, “The Mill” will be the DBA name for the entrepreneur center. The goal is for impact to reach nine counties in the Northwest region.
“Chris Donaldson’s application demonstrated an existing level of commitment plus a willingness to expand and grow in serving entrepreneurs through capital access, programming and events for business support and growth. The establishment of The Mill as a LaunchTN regional entrepreneur center partner will increase connections and access to mentorship for entrepreneurs throughout the Northwest region,” LaunchTN Partnerships & Development Manager Ashlin Smith said.
The Mill Workspace will join LaunchTN’s existing seven regional entrepreneur center partners, offering access to entrepreneurial support throughout Tennessee. To learn more about LaunchTN’s Network Partners, visit our website.
