The news
— Sync Space is currently leading visioning sessions around the region, bringing key leaders and partners together to chart a course for economic and entrepreneurial growth in the community and the larger region. The goal is to ensure that all voices and efforts are strategically aligned to achieve maximum impact.

— Sync Space will launch a new program, Freelance Academy, in April. This 8-week session is tailored to individuals in the creative fields, providing a comprehensive understanding of the freelance industry and its requirements for success.

— The team is also launching a high-level Accelerator Program for tech companies that meet a specific set of criteria for success. 

— Sync Space is also in the process of creating industry accelerators that connect with the outcome and opportunities that have been realized during our visioning sessions.

Failing Forward with Sync Space

As much as we may hate to admit it, we all learn from making mistakes. So we’ve asked our Network Partners to share stories about learning from situations that were less than ideal. 

The lesson: Never stop improving your process.  

The story, as told by Director of Marketing Samantha Culbertson: 

“We recently helped a small business owner that was experiencing work bandwidth issues from sudden growth. We evaluated the company’s processes and supplied them with resources and advice for how to streamline tasks and delegate actions that team members could handle.

This is a common challenge that businesses face as they experience growth, and because the owner learned how to manage the team and processes more efficiently, they have been able to double their output.”
