JA Company Program unlocks the innate ability in students to fill a need or solve a problem in their community by launching a business venture—unleashing their entrepreneurial spirit. During 13 two-hour meetings students will learn the key elements involved in organizing and operating a business. Students will examine their own entrepreneurial traits, brainstorm potential products and services that could fill a need or solve a problem in the market, pitch their one-page business plan, launch their business and eventually liquidate the business.
